4. Personal data information under KVKK
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), personal data submitted through the contact and demo download forms, including name, email, telephone, company and message, are processed by ASP Otomasyon / OPC Turkey as data controller.
- Purposes: receiving and responding to requests, quotations and project discussions, delivering demo software, communication and, where applicable, marketing or announcements.
- Legal basis: processing necessary to fulfil a request, explicit consent and legitimate interests under Article 5 of KVKK, as applicable.
- Retention: data are retained for the period required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation.
- Cookies: the published notice permits technical and analytical cookies. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies. The public site uses a language preference cookie and form security sessions; its engineering calculations run locally in the browser.
Rights under Article 11 of KVKK include learning whether personal data are processed; requesting information about processing, purposes and recipients; seeking correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; requesting deletion or destruction; seeking notification of corrections or deletion to recipients; and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.
