From production to business decisions
Bring automation, production and IT teams together around the same data. Start with your use case and choose the right connection.
Transfer production confirmations, material consumption and quality results in the context of the same order. Reduce manual entry while associating the SAP response document with its source event.
Relate downtime, output and quality to shifts and products. Track availability, performance and quality separately to identify which losses require action.
Collect electricity, gas, steam or water consumption as time series. Relate it to output to examine consumption per unit and the baseline load outside production.
Transfer production data to central applications using a controlled topic and payload structure. Design MQTT, REST and supported cloud connections while preserving data age and quality.
Connect operating hours and condition events to the maintenance system. Track alerts with a work-order identifier and prevent persistent conditions from repeatedly creating jobs.
Preserve relationships between batches, equipment and process time. Record input-output movements as queryable events to support backward and forward tracing.
Map physical equipment identities to the digital model. Provide process values with time, units and quality so the model can distinguish valid readings from stale data.

Write to usOPC Router is a Windows-based industrial integration platform that connects PLC, SCADA and sensor data to databases, ERP, MQTT and cloud systems through visual workflows. It reads data from a source, transforms it and delivers it to the target system.
Connections and data flows are configured visually; standard connections and transformations need no programming. For custom processing, steps such as .NET C#, JSON and XML can be added to a workflow.
Connector groups cover OPC UA, SAP, SQL databases, MQTT/Sparkplug, Apache Kafka, REST/SOAP, cloud IoT services, Excel/CSV and notification channels. Compatibility depends on version, licence and deployment environment and is confirmed per project; browse the connector catalogue.
Yes. Use the form on the demo page to download the local demo package. Runtime and scope depend on the version you download; define your source, destination and success criteria before you start.
Quotes are prepared per project from the runtime environment, required plug-ins and continuity/service scope. See the licensing page for details.
OPC Turkey (ASP Otomasyon) provides discovery, pilot, commissioning and knowledge-transfer services in Turkish and English. See the services page for the scope and reach us through the contact form.
